I thought YMCA camp was so much fun! The instructors were really nice to me and my friends, which made everything even better. I definitely recommend YMCA camp for kids and even adults who want an awesome camp experience, especially for their first school camp. The activities were super fun, and the food was amazing! The cabins were really cozy, and I had a great sleep in the beds. Even the showers and toilets were clean and nice to use.

I learned so many new things that I didn’t know before. My favorite activities were archery, low ropes, making damper, playing in the pool, and gliding - oh, I almost forgot gliding!

YMCA camp was such an incredible experience, and I absolutely loved it!

At Y Camping, there are no hidden costs. Your camp fee covers all activities, equipment, delicious meals, and comfortable accommodation. We understand that this might be many students' first time away from home, so rest assured that all activities are led by highly trained YMCA instructors experienced in working with young children.

While transportation is not included in the price, we can assist you with arranging transport. Simply contact us with your specific needs.

How do I book a primary school camp?

What is pre-arrival process and timeline?

To ensure a smooth and successful camp experience, we'll work closely with you to finalise all the details. Here’s a general timeline:

  • 10 weeks prior to arrival: We'll confirm camp logistics, including activity selections, timings, and required facilities (e.g., sports hall, audio/visual equipment).
  • 4 weeks prior to arrival: We'll finalize participant numbers, arrival/departure times, meal times, and collect necessary medical and dietary information.
