How do I book a church camp?

Booking a camp for your church group is easy. Simply follow the steps outlined on this page to initiate the booking process for your group. We'll always provide you with a detailed, itemised quote before requesting a deposit. Rest assured, there will be no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

Is there a limit to the number of campers in my church group?

We're excited to welcome bookings for groups of 30 people or more. Our campsite can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 228 guests at a time.

If your group is smaller than 30 people, please don't hesitate to reach out. We may be able to accommodate your group if another group is already onsite and there's available capacity.

Is there a designated quiet area for prayer at YMCA Camping?
There are a number of indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for prayer. Our Program Coordinator will work with you to allocate spaces to suit your program timings.

Will our church group have exclusive use of the campsite?
Groups of 150 or more guests can enjoy exclusive use of the site, subject to availability. A minimum charge applies for for groups less than 150 guests when exclusive use is required.
